Last updated: October 2026

NEON SUN respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never store card numbers).

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time of visit, referring site.

How we use it

  • To process and deliver your orders
  • To send order and shipping updates
  • To answer your questions
  • To send marketing emails or SMS, only if you opt in
  • To improve the site and our products
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with services needed to run the store: Shopify (our platform), payment processors, our print-on-demand producer (Printify) and shipping carriers, and our email/SMS provider. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences, measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them. See Your Privacy Choices.

Marketing

If you opt in, we'll send drop announcements and offers. Unsubscribe any time via the link in any email or by contacting us.

Security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no online transmission is completely secure. We keep data as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing us.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
